We partner with you to move from "we value diversity" statements into everyday practices that back those words up.

We usually begin with a listening phase: confidential conversations, staff surveys, and a review of key policies, communications, and program designs. This gives us a picture of your current strengths and where people are experiencing barriers related to race, culture, language, disability, gender, or other identities.

From there, we share clear, practical recommendations-not in a massive report that sits on a shelf, but as prioritized steps you can realistically take over the next 6-18 months. That might include revising hiring and onboarding practices, reshaping meeting norms, improving physical or digital accessibility, or creating safer channels for feedback and conflict resolution.

We can also facilitate working sessions with your leadership team, staff, or board to help you translate recommendations into concrete timelines, roles, and communication plans. For some groups, we pair consulting with trainings, such as Diversity and Inclusion Training or Equity Leadership Training, so people gain the shared skills needed to carry out the plan.

Throughout the process, we keep the focus on your context-your community, your mission, your capacity.
