Our Diversity and Inclusion Training is designed for teams that are ready to move from good intentions to everyday practice. We focus on what actually happens in your classrooms, meetings, programs, and community interactions, and we build from there.
We start by helping your group name what inclusion looks and feels like in your context-who feels welcomed, who feels invisible, and why. From there, we explore concrete practices that make a difference: inclusive onboarding, accessible meeting norms, decision-making that includes impacted voices, and ways to respond when harm or bias shows up.
Instead of a long lecture, we use real scenarios from your work, small-group dialogues, and guided reflection. Participants leave with shared language for talking about race, culture, and identity without shutting down; tools for interrupting microaggressions respectfully; and simple frameworks for checking policies and programs through an equity lens.
This training works well for nonprofits, schools, community groups, and small organizations that need something grounded, practical, and honest. We can offer a one-time introductory session or a multi-part series that builds skills over time, including follow-up options like our Cultural Awareness or Anti-Bias Workshops to deepen the learning.
By the end, your team will have clearer agreements about how you want to treat one another, how you welcome community members, and how you hold each other accountable with care. The goal is not perfection-it's steady progress toward a culture where more people can show up as themselves and know they belong.
Share your questions or ideas and we will respond with thoughtful, practical next steps to support your multicultural education, workshops, trainings, or community projects across Oregon and California.
